Giving you a helping hand to set up the day so good patterns and processes can form and arming you with tricks and tips for when things turn to custard. We want you to enjoy this time, it’s always ‘okay’ to cuddle your baby!

Sleep & Settling
Your new little baby is unique, including their temperament and sleep. Showing you how to establish great newborn sleep habits and settling techniques will help your baby settled down to sleep. We specialise in newborn sleep solutions and can help you with setting up naps, patterns and rituals, knowing when they are over tired and how to navigate the witching hours.
Feeding & Wind
Sleep and feeding go hand in hand and we believe feed is best! We will support you with your chosen method of feeding and any challenges you have with colic, reflux or wind.
Development & Growth Spurts
Newborns have so much to learn and make sense of. New connections are forming and developmental progress happens rapidly, sometimes it can feel like you’re struggling to keep up or are baffled as to whats going on!?
We can help you to better understand the growth and development needs of your newborn and show you fun ways to interact during their awake time.
Cuddles
Cuddling your new little baby is one of life’s joys, getting to know them is magic and you don’t need to be told not to hold them or rock them. Building trust makes them feel safe and secure in this new world. Forming positive sleep hygiene for your newborn is one of the things we do best.
Our Newborn Packages
All in-home consultations come with a personalised plan and follow-up support
SILVER – Up to 2 hours in your home
This is our most popular package! If you have a baby sleep issue or multiple issues and questions, this package is for you. Being able to support and coach you in your own home will ensure you’re on the path to success.
GOLD – 3 hours over two visits
Our Gold Package is a popular option for newborns as you have an extra in-home visit up your sleeve, which is to worth it’s weight in gold! A great way to get to know your consultant.
HALF DAY – 9 am – 1 pm
One on one with you in your home. If you’re having difficulty getting your baby to sleep during the day, this package is guaranteed to build your confidence and increase your knowledge about baby sleeping patterns.
BED TIME – Up to 3 hours
This special (and very popular) package is designed to give you practical support and guidance with developing and implementing a bedtime routine for your baby or toddler and help with settling your baby to sleep.
HALF NIGHT – 6 pm – 12 am
The half night is a great alternative to the overnight. It’s crucial to get the first part of the night right and so much better if we can do this along side you. Let’s work together to bring some positive changes towards a better night sleep.
OVERNIGHT – 6 pm – 6 am
Our overnight package gives you a comprehensive start to quickly solve night time baby sleep issues. This has proven to be a much needed relief for exhausted parents. Let us tuck you in and give you a well deserved night off or we can work together to bring much needed restorative sleep.
